IMA-ThreadBench

IMA-ThreadBench

Testing of Shaft Counter-Surfaces for Helix Angle

How It Works

The IMA-ThreadBench is used for software-supported, high-precision thread testing of shafts according to the FVA guideline 975 I for shaft lead.

The test rig enables testing of sealing counter-surfaces of shafts for shaft lead. The results are documented by precise displacement measurement and video documentation.

High precision through camera monitoring of the thread.
