Seal Testing

On our test rigs we conduct lifetime and functional tests on radial shaft seals. Test conditions (speed, temperature, medium) are adapted to your requirements.

Our test rig capacity covers shaft diameters from small to large sizes and allows the parallel testing of multiple seals under identical conditions.

Oil Compatibility Tests

The compatibility of the lubricant with the elastomer material of the seal is a fundamental requirement. We conduct standardized elastomer–oil compatibility tests:

Standardized test for assessing the oil compatibility of elastomer seals in Flender gearbox applications.

SEW Test

Testing according to SEW standard for approval of gear oils in combination with radial shaft seals.
